Contest is Over

Contest was judged on July 22
Rewards: Gold: 400, Silver: 100, Bronze: 50, Honorable mention: 6 people

Awesome, awesome job!

I knew there was talent in this Group, but you have made this very difficult to place a Gold on top of another which is so deserving as well ~

Even after I found Bronze, I wanted to give the next a Silver.....and then the next a Gold...and then the next a Gold...but it doesn't work like that ~

Ya know, when I began to write, I was a little upset, that I did not win sometimes, knowing in my heart, my entry was better than someone elses.......but after I got over my ego, and remembered, it takes more than just my talent to complete a contest, I knew from that momment on, I would never be upset again if I did not grab a Trophy ~

Yes, I increased the number of HM's this time......which I usually do not, as I believe you have to earn those things.....but in this contest, you all did a magnificant job with the prompt......but as you know, there can only be one Gold, one Silver and one Bronze.......so......the main thing, is, I hope you continue to enter your Group contests, even when the big ole mean Bear does not award your entry one of the top 3 Trophys ~

You all blew me away with your talent and insight to a subject most people tend to shy away from......so standing ovation to each of you ~

.....and yes, I think the young people did better than the old farts!

Hehe ~

.....and no, the HM's are NOT in order ~

God bless each of you for striving to be your best, and for showing off that talent......I sure hope you take the time to get more involved in your Group and enter as many contests as you can.......this is the only way we get to know each other, in case there comes a time, when each other, is all we have left ~
