I need characters! Please help!

I NEED HELP!!!!!

I'm trying to write a story, but don't have any decent characters. This is why I am holding this contest.
This is going to be a fantasy book, but is set in my hometown, Gosport. This is right next to the sea, with an island near it, and plenty of woods.
Out of my three main charrys, I have made up the two girls, but have no boy.
I need both good and bad characters; human, animals, just about anything. Including mythical creatures!

Here is a list of the characters I need. You can still enter charrys that don't fit the requirement, though.

boy (12 or 13, good)
dragons (as many as I can get!)
evil people
shapeshifter (evil)
librarian
teacher
foxs (at least two)
otters (at least two)
bird of prey (preferably not a golden eagle.)
unicorn
mermaid
elves (again, lots!)
dragonfly
sorcerors (male and female, good and bad.)


Some may seem pretty random, but I need as many different charrys as I can get!


I will add more prizes as I see more characters.



Oh yeah... this book will be aimed at 12+....
