Fall Me In Love.



I am a woman in love.

The man I love cannot have me, may not even want me, but it hurts every day that I know he isn't here.

You may use this poem that I have written for inspiration if you wish;

I want love; any types.

Lost Love.
New Love.
Plain LOVE!
Any kind of love as long as it is love!

You may even write -me- a love poem if you wish,
fall me in love with you ;]

Rules [don't worry, there's only a few!]

1) No StIcKy cApS. Poetry isn't about having odd spelling so that you stand out; your poetry should stand out on its own.

2) No cutting, suicide or just... no. LOVE not cutting or suicide; there can be pain - but not in that way.

3) Any form is acceptable, and please enter as many times as you wish. =]

4) Once again, I have put many points into this contest, and if I don't get enough writes then I will [sadly and with much disappointment] end this contest. So entries! It's an easy prompt my loves!

5) NO prewrites, I'm sorry but I crave fresh, new material.

Oh - Yes! And... I was asked to put a picture of myself on the contest,
since I said one of the options you could do was write ME a love poem,
so the girl you see at the top of the page is indeed me.

  • Final notes:
    I was really impressed with the entries I got for this contest. Alot of you put your heart and soul into the writes, but some of you threw down some words into stanzas and added the word love a few times. Think out your writings, people, if you can't feel them then I can't feel them and if I can't feel them then it's not working.

    The people who won trophies and HMs did a very good job, and I implore you all to check out their poems and give them kudos on the wonderful job they did.
