I've been noticing lately that my page looks a bit bland. I need a new look that will be feminine, uncluttered, no glitz but glamour is good. I want something that is tranquil and pleasing to a 'girly girl' because that's what I am. Oh, and I'm NOT into geometrics or too many swirls. I also like breaks between items on my page.
(((Please, all you gentlemen who do graphics, don't be put off by this. I know any of you can do this!)))
To give you some ideas, my favorite flowers are lilies and irises, my birthstone is sapphire (but I don't want a bunch of sapphires all over the page), and I enjoy muted colors but not pastels. Create something that is age appropriate (I'm 50), but don't create something that says "I have one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel." I am a vibrant and youthful 50!

Will have to wait until I get my graphic tablet so I can start using Illustrator and InDesign a little more efficently, if I get it. I have a couple memory card purchases that have a slightly higher priority at the moment.
If I was to submit anything, it wouldn't count anyway. You'd recognize who did it because my flickr and photobucket accounts have my name on it. -

No need for alot of photo illustration. I want something pleasing to the eye as a background but easy to read on. Like I said, I like muted colors and lilies and irises.
