- Final notes: Wow, I'm actually very satisfied with how this contest turned out - I have got some top quality entries and some entries that did something to me on a personal level. I must mention, after finding the last three finalists I had some help picking an order, as they were all very good poems and I would have given gold to all three. But the gold clearly stood out as both I and my helper thought it worthy and a well written, complex piece. The silver and bronze are also very good poems that deserve one (or in fact more!) reads. I think each of the three trophy winners has shown a different aspect of poetry and also a different aspect of the contest theme. Thank you all for entering and making this such an enjoyable contest. I hope to see you in my next ones
