Contest All About You by pattyann4500

One thing I love most about AllPoetry would be the friends I've found, and that started with getting to know each of them through their poetry.

For this contest, I want to know about YOU. I am not concerned with forms, I just want good writing and to learn more about you.

You know the rules!
This is open to everyone.
My friends are welcome as well.

  • Gee, I wish I knew myself well enough to feel qualified to do this. The other thought is, Doctor patient privilage does not allow me to discuss my condition with anyone other than myself.
    • LOL By all means, don't worry about doctor/patient confidentiality. We're all family here, and someone here must have seen your butt at least once.

I have something good. Prewrite...I think that was my only poem ever about myself, except for I guess these other two.
I can't write about myself on demand...Damn, too bad.
    • Why don't I open it up for prewrites. I guess some people are like me and have to think long and hard about writing. Consider it done. I look forward to your piece. Don't let me down since I'm going out on a limb and opening prewrites.
  • If the muse hadn't left me some time ago, I'd enter this one. This is a great idea, my dear! And I'll have to read up on the entries.
    • I understand what it's like to lose one's muse, but you, my dear Sister are a muse yourself. Let the love in your heart be your guide. It's enough for me.
  • I don't know if my entry is the kind of thing you may be expecting but I believe it's all very much about me, plus I saw you had one space to fill... Thanks for your accommodation!
