Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on August 8
- Rewards: Gold: 300, Silver: 150, Bronze: 50
- Final notes: Wow, this contest was painful to judge
I didn't have enough points to open follow-up contests, but all three trophy winners are gold-worthy all the way. The HMs would clearly deserve silver. And a lot of poems that got nothing could have easily won bronze in other contests... damn, in other contests most of you folks could have won GOLD! Thank you so much for such a wonderful turn-out. I can see in the next minutes I'll be adding favorite poems and favorite poets. Thank you so much

It moves in slowly. The ache of your absence. Lonliness that some say will dissipate.

I am not that sad. But I think there is such thing as sad moments. I am usually far too happy for my own good. I entered anyways though...Cause you asked so nicely.
Kick it out if you must. Not willing to change it for the contest, if it isn't good enough.
Nighty-night Diana.

I don't think I'm going to keep my poem here. Reading the entries and actually thinking about the contest more...just feels like it belongs somewhere else. I didn't do cliché sadness and usually don't. My take on it is a little different from what you are looking for, I think. I'm going to sit on it at the moment and probably remove it later on today. Your thoughts, diana?

My poem is gone. I decided against keeping it here.
I want to add stuff and thus it will go over your contest guidelines. Sorry for the inconvenience.
You take care now.
