Even when your hope is gone, move along

This is about the song "Move Along" by the All American Rejects. You don't have to particulary like the song or really know it, just take a look at the link and write about what you feel.

I basically want to hear about how life can really be hard, but we move along anyway, kind of like a "smile till you mean it" type attitude. I want poems about how you get yourself up from a situation, or how you have got up in the past, whether it be religious help, a friend, or just the sheer might of your inner strength!! Happy or dark poems, as long as you rise in it.

Prewritten poems are fine as long as they pertain to this contest. All forms, just no swearing and no erotica.
