M - Monkeydust - anyone aware of the UK TV show monkeydust, write something in a similar vein of black comedy.

Q - Quote - be inspired by one of these quotes
"Every day people are straying away from the church and going back to God. " - Lenny Bruce

"The world is like a ride in an amusement park. And when you choose to go on it you think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. And the ride goes up and down and round and round. It has thrills and chills and it's very brightly coloured and it's very loud and it's fun, for a while. Some people have been on the ride for a long time and they begin to question: "Is this real, or is this just a ride?" And other people have remembered, and they come back to us, they say, "Hey, don't worry, don't be afraid, ever, because this is just a ride." And we kill those people." Bill Hicks

R - Radiohead - be inspired by a Radiohead song. Include song in your AN

S - Sestina - write a sestina, information here http://poetry.about.com/od/poeticforms/g/sestina.htm

V - Villanelle - http://poetry.about.com/od/poeticforms/g/villanelle.htm

W - War - talk about war, or cry for peace

X - X - write about crosses. Go wherever you want. Even religious if you wish, but I'm not a fan of religion or religious poems.

Y - YES! - write something overbearingly positive and happy

Z - Zeitgeist - write a poem in support or criticism of the film Zietgeist, available to watch at Google Videos.
