Many of us are going through hard times, health issues and difficulties with relationships.

Since starting Prayer Circle, I have been witness to so many of you who have family, friends, loved ones here and in the real world who are going through things. I have read as many of you have requested prayers for yourselves and your family and friends. This is going to be a montly contest from now on. So many need prayer that one contest is not enough.

I would like to hold a prayer vigil for all of allpoetry.

Please enter your poems of prayer and inspiration for anyone. Whether they be personal or general

Post in the comments section of the contest page as well as your author notes your prayer requests. If you have a request, we want you to post them so that people entering can do specific prayers based on your requests.

    I am in need of prayers for my 12 year old daughter, Hannah. She has turned away from the church and her belief in God and Jesus. She has gotten to be rude and disrespectful to those who try to help her.
    She refuses to talk to me. I found a paper where she wrote that she doesn't trust anyone. She keeps to herself and will not hang out with friends. I am really worried about her. She has seen a counselor who tried to help her but she will not open up and she was rude to him in a way. They think that she needs a treatment center. I don't want her to be taken away from me. I love her and I do my best for her. I don't know what else to do for her. When I try to be in charge as the mother she gets mean with me, sometimes hitting or pushing me. I just don't know what else to do for her.
    Please pray for her.
