PARTS OF SPEECH ARE AT WAR!

Aye, the armies of nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, conjunctions, and prepositions and MORE, are separately forming and are going to battle!

'Tis a terrible day in Poetry Land!

Please do write a poem about what is happening on the battle front.

OR... You may be an on-the-spot news correspondent who reports the scene of shocking events.

OH NO! PUNCTUATION is joining the fighting!

Rules of battle:
NO erotica
NO shocking language

It is acceptable for you to have favorites and you may choose a side in the word war that you allow to triumph.
