Write me Lyrics

Hey About time I came back with another contest, eh?
So here's what I want you to do!!

WRITE ME LYRICS! SONGS! MUSIC!

I want something alive, something energetic, something up beat! I want something that I can hear five years from now on the radio and go "HECK YES!!! They were in my contest!"

Rules!
1.) No. Erotica. None. I will not tolerate anything that isn't appropriate.
2.) Keep swearing MINIMAL. The 'f word' and the 's word' are forbidden. List of swears I'm alright with WITHIN REASON!!
- Damn
- Hell
- Piss
- like words
- etc.

3.) It HAS to be MUSIC. If you write me a poem, I will disqualify you. If you write me a story, I will disqualify you.

4.) It HAS to have a chorus. No chorus, no entry. Disqualification.

5. It must be more than 40 lines (With inclusion of choruses) and less than 250.

6. Read around! Comment on at least one other person's entry.

Guidelines!
I'm a generally very happy person. Write me something happy and you are as good as gold!
Write me something up beat. Slow songs are good, but I prefer things with energy.
Have fun! If I can tell you're having fun, and I like what you've got, you'll most likely be a candidate for a trophy

    Good morning everyone! I have good news to bring ya
    The contest is over! I know, I took forever and I'm sorry. I bet some of you were probably thinking it'd never end.
    Well, I enjoyed every minute of it. Every song. Every line.
    The one thing I didn't like, however, was the judging.

    It was difficult. I've been throwing it around my head for the last three days and have composed a list.

    Alright...

    First place, I am happy to say goes to the entry "Second Best".
    I suggest you seriously check this one out. There's even actuall music to it!! For the extra time and effort, this definately deserves gold, don't you think?

    Second place goes to "Twist The Knife." Another really splended inlisting!!

    Third place goes to "Fast Love."
    Seriously look at this one too!

    *great deep breath* That was too difficult to do. There were so many good writes

    Yanno what I wish I could do? Give like four people gold, four silver, and four bronze so instead of having single placers we'd have like a "Gold Division" "Silver" and "Bronze as well. But we don't So for those that got really really close I'm sending you honorable mentions.

    Just because you got a H.M. doesn't mean you're any less than the best, it just means you got really close and I'm extremely greatful for you submitting these beautiful lines to me.
