Picture: Pink Laughter (pink_laughter_by_bloodred_sea)
I won a PIF from Onesugar (PIF: Union http://allpoetry.com/contest/2401983) and it's time to pay it forward.
Just to make it easy:
• Pick any subject you'd like... just make it funny.
• Please limit your poems to 50 lines or less… OK I’m not a stickler for limits so if it takes a bit more, I’ll understand.
• I would prefer you didn’t use (but won’t prohibit) sticky caps.
• Free verse, rhyme, form, acrostic… whatever you’d like. Good work is good work no matter the style.
• Please, if you’re going to go down adult roads, label it as such. No sense educating others before their time (LOL).
• Yes, spelling and grammar do count although if you really have to stretch for a rhyme, I’ll understand. Been there myself (LOL).
• Please, in AN, agree to PIF. Gold keeps 300 and PIF's 300. I will gladly – willingly even – add HM’s.
I look forward to see what how different the word "humor" can mean...

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on May 11
- Rewards: Gold: 600, Silver: 200, Bronze: 100, Honorable mention: 4 people
- Final notes: What a great bunch of entries... I thank you for the many smiles and - yes - even a few laughs that your wonderful works gave me. I would encourage you to read each others works.
Gold - very clever and showed a great sense of the absurd.
Silver - great tale with a funny twist. I loved it in spite of it being clean (LOL).
Bronze - Ridiculously twisted but very clever. You really have to take your time to understand this... but it's filled with humorous twists and turns.
HMs - All very different and very funny.
For those not selected - your entries were noteworthy but being the best "not selected" is never fun. I wish I had more awards to give for I enjoyed the efforts you made.
Thank you all... Hope to see you again!
Ken
