Sorry I Missed This
I realized that I had an extra line in my poemn that I entered (Non_entry) so I went back to the drawing board to write anotherr and realized I missed the contest. Meds relly screw me up but here is my poem that I penned tonight with only ten lines. CLetting Love In To Love Myself

A significant other, a gay wife
You taught me freedom and diversity
You are my angel, my savior in life
Living with chronic Hepatitis C
HIV, heart condition – trinity –
Butterfly wings flutter – caught up in love
My reflection looks back – what do I see?
An innocent cloud -- shadowed by a dove
What do I reflect through mirrored reflections
To live today – with all my inflictions.

I got so caught up by what I was inspired with, and posted it to the contest, and today I was re-reading the rules .. crap, mine was a 4-stanza ottava rima, that's way more than 10 lines!!
