Tell me what it means to you, tell me how it feels, describe its intensity.

1) Spell and grammar check all entries.
2) Prewrites allowed.
3) Put the category in the author's note, along with a mention of what it is - kundalini, metta meditation, nature- forest or lake etc.
4) Anyone not following these rules will have 48 hours to make changes and after that will be automatically DQ'd.
5) The points may increase, depending how many points I have at the end of the contest.
6) Rhyming, haiku or freeverse are favoured.

    I've commented on each poem that was both relevant and followed the rules. Due to so few poets following the rules, any poems that stuck in my mind were accepted due to them being relevant.
