    Number of lines

Im unclear, it seems that you are allowing poems with more lines in them than the rules allow to be your finalists. Are you sticking with you rule of 4-12 lines?

It also seems that on various occasions, you have commented on people saying that they should have read the rule about the 4-12 lines, one poem was even over by 1 line, but a poem 14 or even 26 lines is alright.
