In Need Of A Damn Good Read

I felt like reading some creative and inspiring poetry, so chose to host this contest.

In 12 lines or less be inspired by the image at top of contest page.

No Haiku, Senryu (unless used in chain format)

Other forms are fine but must be identified

No Profanity, Abuse, Vampire or Violent themes

Contest will close after 20 entries or when I see fit.

Have fun and show me your creative talents.
