I believe an emotion is the creativity juice that flows within us as we compose a piece. And so I would like for you to write something in the spur of any emotion and *make me feel.*
Write a new piece dripping with a certain emotion. In fact, you can even create something with various emotions, but they have to be heartfelt and strong enough to hit me, or touch me. The goal is to make me feel! Let the emotion, the feeling, flow right through. Do not make me search for it. You can write about the love of your life, your enemy, suffering puppies...your spilled soda....anything as long as I can feel it!
*Rules*
No txt spk
No StIcKy KeYs
No prewritten poems-- even though there is barely a way to monitor this, I would like for you to write something new about any emotions or feelings that are present in your mind now. Got nothing? Come back tomorrow! This is a way to channel these emotions into writings; it's a challenge, don't back down!

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on April 11, 2008
- Rewards: Gold: 300, Silver: 150, Bronze: 100, Honorable mention: 3 people
- Final notes: The entries to this contest where quick and every single one of them awoke a feeling in me; some more than others. Masterpieces and very well worded poems were entered, some of them were chosen as finalists, some of them were not. But in the end the ones that evoked the strongest of feelings in me ended up victorious. It was extremely hard for me to choose the winners for at times I had a difficulty measuring how much of an emotional impact did a piece have. I kept wishing there were 12 places and my only task would have to be to place them in order-- but no. And so I would like this opportunity to say that you all did evoke something in me, and therefore you made me feel, thus completing the challenge! So pat yourselves in the back for that. Hmmm...anything else...nope I think I'm through. So thank you all for entering and congratulations to the winners!
