Hello everyone this is Emily again!
This is contest #4!
This time around I'd love to see a bunch of wonderful
personified poems!
I want to read powerful poems full of imagery and
metaphors.
Please try hard.
Again, I wanted to let you all know that if I don't
see a poem that seems fit to be winner I'll stretch
the contest out a little longer.
I'll give you a few prompts and a quote or two
also a picture. Just remember READ THE RULES
or I have the ability to disqualify poems.
Sorry but I can and will do that.
Please abide by them and nothing bad will happen.
Prompts-
1. The ocean
2. The sky
3. Yourself as an animal
4. Sunlight
5. Moonlight
6. A musical instrument
7. Poems
8. A bad thought
Quotes-
1. Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in the soul.
2. The only real prison is fear,
and the only real freedom is freedom from fear.

4. In three words I can sum up everything I've
learned about life: it goes on.

Darn, I have a PW that would fit perfectly! And just so you know, it's 'personify', not 'personificate'... Sorry, but I am a grammar whore
Anyway, good luck with this!
-
I'm a bit confused as to what you want in this contest. Do you want personification in any form or only pertaining to the above prompts (ocean, sky, etc.) and quotes?
-
Sorry,
I'm extremely sorry I didn't
reply back to you guys, yeah
someone tipped me about the personify thing.
-
Wow! Thanks for silver
