Profundity-Think Like You've Never Thunk Before!!!

I'd like you to stretch your mind and imagine there are no limits to your ideas.

Come up with new and fresh ones that I've probably never heard of or thought of. That's tough because I think a lot.

It doesn't matter how far out your ideas go because truth and secrets are out there floating around in everything.

I read an article that inspired the contest because I've never heard anything like it before. I don't agree with the ideas in it but it was so wild I enjoyed it immensely. The guy was saying that trees are like guides or maps pointing to certain star formations and that the rings and knots echo the stars like maps. Love it, wacko but strangely genius in its uniqueness and willingness to surpass limits!

Be far out but please let there be an element of your thoughts in which there could perhaps be found some truth or fact if it was investigated.

If you enter a pre-write make it excellent and fit my contest description.

Contest is Over

  • Contest was judged on April 22
  • Rewards: Gold: 300, Silver: 200, Bronze: 100, Honorable mention: 3 people
  • Final notes:
I've been given some new ideas to think about, which is exactly what I was looking for.

The gold didn't give me new thoughts as such but is a different way of looking at things, as in us being fragmented over the universe; interesting though I think it's more that were melded with it.

The idea that sound turns to colour is something I've never thought and to me is true in a metaphorical way.

The suggestion that autism is really a step up and that autism could mean possessing senses that are dulled in most people is exciting and I think very possible.

Thankyou for all your well thought out and thought provoking entries and I might bump into you again!

This is such a cool contest idea! I'm not entering, because although I have thoughts that aren't exactly status quo aligned, they're not fully...well, thought out. They're incomplete. =P

But I'm going to look through the entries nonetheless. ^^

No one's thoughts on anything are complete! I expect Einstens brain was still ticking over about his theories as he lay on his death bed. When thought's are finished it's time to stop thinking and that'll never occur. Your entry will be good because you obvoiusly care a great deal about your writing so please enter!

You might give me that small gem that'll take me into a new dimension of thought!

      Peace Georgia

Hmm. True. I'd like to try, but I'm not sure exactly what how to start or what to write...I'll think about it.
