i was thinking of writing a poem with the word:
"Trapped in the chains...."
but then i thought lets see what people can make up
rules.
1. Opening lines must be "trapped in the chains"
from there its on you
2. no cheating no going to other entries and stealing their ideas it must be completely your own work
3. No TyPiNg LiKe ThIs; its annoying
4. only one entry let other people have the same chance you do at winning.

this is a great idea, I already have poem about being shackled and chained trapped with in the chains,
