An Official Engagement Notice.

Hi Everyone,
My beautiful Son who turns 22 years of age this Easter Sunday proposed to his girlfriend tonight and she said YES so I now have an Engagement party to organize, She has a little boy named Angus so I am to become a Step Grandma too of which I'm doubly blessed. Please write something lovely for my Son Chris and his Fiancee Alisha as he has had a very bad few months before now, so todays news made my entire year. Chris and Alisha know each other from back in their high school days, and drifted apart when both were involved elsewhere, but since Chris's breakup with an Ex , he has been with Alisha and happier than ever, so this is the best news I could have ever received in time for Easter. Please do not enter if you are going to judge his age or status on becoming Angus's Step Daddy, as I will delete your entry, as I was married at 18 myself, and never regret it, as I was not only ready but have 2 beautiful children from it. This Easter weekend is going to be one long party with Chris's 22nd birthday, Easter and his official Engagement announcement

In your author notes please put " For Chris & Alisha "

Points:

My mum and dad met at 19 and engaged after 6 months. They're still together 20 years later, when 50% of couples these days would break up. Age is a number, its maturity that matters, and if your son is willing to take on a woman with a child at almost 22, he is obviously more mature than most men these days. I wish them the best with everything!

    aww, thats so sweet!

I won't judge, i promise. My mom had a son before she married my dad, I personaly don't know the father. But to me he's my brother, not a half brother, step brother or whatever.

And, I'm only 17, and I'm engaged, and I won't judge, because I'm in the same boat, ready even though I'm young. Of course, I have 4 years to screw it up, as he won't marry me until I am graduated from college. He's a sweetie. The only thing people really judge me about, is the fact that he is 25. I know, its a big difference, but age is just a number, now isn't it?

Congrats to your son and his new family!
