Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on March 28, 2008
- Rewards: Gold: 600, Silver: 300, Bronze: 100, Honorable mention: 4 people
- Final notes: I was very pleased with all the entries- Not one was a disappointment. Those that were chosen for the finalists were penned far away from what I was expecting, in a good, original way.
Every entry was superb, and each one entered deserves a gold trophy and many many points.
(The HM's are in a loose order, although they are all distinguishable as fantastic fourth place pieces-)

I can't wait to see what you cook up. The prompt is from reading a book- I saw the word "masculinity" and I suddenly wanted to stretch it out. So I thought I'd let AP do it for me. : )

Ida, you know that you are the exception to that rule. Your writes are amazing. You are one of the first poets I revisited when I came back... I can't remember if I commented or not, but I read some of your recent writes. You should enter, because your the only person I know that can write truly flawless meter, let alone rhyme.

I am struggling with this subject. I see that masculinity has permenated culture to the point that the feminine is nearly voiceless. It is interesting to witness that I cannot find a spot that is not masculine!!!
Whoa. Thank you for giving me something to think about. Most women I know are highly masculine too! So, I am stumped. You stumped me!
