I love Tanka
I like it as a love/ Nature poem
Very simple form
5-7-5-7-7 syllable count
You can make a chain if you want.
If it has adult content mark it as such please
I will judge when I can and may close early so just be aware of that.

    why does no one ever do the choka Choka. - This poem is structured 5-7-5-7-5-7-5-7-5........7-7 onji in line length, and can be of any overall line total.

      I don't always stick to the order (of each line), but always have a perfect syllable count within each line (in haiku/tanka, et al...after all, the form's there to be played with *hopefully* ) as long as I maintain the present tense, and keep the imagery natural, I think my writes aligned to the form qualify as being true to the form (?)
