This is my First competition,
i don't want happy, life is perfect and everything is fine poetry,
i want dark poetry,
some things you may want to write about are:
*Heartbreak
*Dark fantasy aka vampyres,werewolves,folk lore
*Pain in your life
*Loving someone who doesn't love you back
*Abusive behaviour
*Cutting or suicide
I basically want dark you get the point,
i will accept prewrites for now,
but i would prefer it if i got fresh new writes,
some Elements you may want to include:
~Rhyme but not forced rhyme
~some kind of structure
~make me see whats happening in the poem
Ok now for the :~:rules:~: *dramatic music*
.No Bashing other poets
.Constructive Criticism is fine but no being hateful
.write "painful surrender" in your AN[authors notes]
to show me you've read the rules if not i have the right to DQ..
