Serial Killers

I have placed this picture up here just to take up space - Ed Gein is the one serial killer that gives me that dropped jaw feeling - if you choose to write about him it had better be AMAZING as there isn't much that I don't know about this one!
(pic credit: elcarnicerodeplainfield)

I haven't had one of these for ages and anybody that knows me knows that studying up on these beasts is one of my passions

What I don't want:
- NO RELIGION (unless fitting with the write)
- NO EPICS (low attention span)
- NO BAD SPELLING AND GRAMMAR (if you couldn't be bothered to check this then I couldn't be bothered to comment on your write - sorry!)

I am looking for a fresh write on a DIFFERENT serial killer. There are so many that a person could spend a lifetime looking them up and STILL not come out knowing them all!

There are only two that I am NOT looking for in this contest:
Jack the Ripper
Erzsebet Bathory

Tell me about WHY they did it - I want the workings behind the deed and the more graphic the better the chances are of being in the prelim list

Disturb me with facts

If you TRULY want to impress me, come up with your own serial killer and BE ORIGINAL!!! No stealing from other serial killers okay??? Name him/her and make him/her gruesome and completely demented!

If I do not get enough entries I may delete this contest and I do have points to add to this, I just don't see the logic in promising 1000 points and the writing isn't up to standard ~shrug~

Oh yes, Ed Gein. I think he is the most intriguing serial killer. Very sad... did you ever hear the song Nothing to Gein? It's amazing... Anyway, I will consider entering something in this... I think it's an interesting topic.

lol - my son thought it rather strange that i was so enamoured with the gift that my Other Half got me for valentine's day - it was an encylopedia sort of thing on Serial Killers

    There are serial killers ...

because there are fundamentalists. They ruin their kids' lives and the kids go out and kill people. And no, I'm not kidding. Statistics will bear me out. Most serial killers come from that background.

Yes, I KNOW that statistically you are correct and I KNOW that the professionals say the same thing, but I just don't agree with it ... most serial killers come from lousy backgrounds, but what about the OTHER people that come from lousy backgrounds too? How come THEY didn't end up serial killers ... my opinion? Because they are stronger people, which can only mean that serial killers are weaklings

That's what I always think whenever people say those sort of things. People like serial killers and school shooters stand out among others of similar backgrounds, so many assume that they are the rule.

A personal example: If physical discipline makes kids violent, then why am I normal, even though I've been spanked when I was younger?
