Make your words easily digestible, but hurt my insides
Sculpt it until your tools are overheated, and your eyes are full of sand
Museum quality poetry only
one catch...
it better be the kind of poetry i like
im not going to critique anyones poem in a negative manner
only say good job and such, because discouragement is not mine to give
you will know how well you do by how well you place
again I AM PIcky on what i like
not so much themes, but more or less QUALITY
good luck
im not allowing prewrites until you link me to one that you think will make me accept it
no hard feelings, eh?

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on March 7
- Rewards: Gold: 600, Silver: 300, Bronze: 200, Honorable mention: 3 people
- Final notes: thank you all for participating...although I did not get as many entries as I would have liked, the few I recieved were stunning...first place is a must read, filled with words that choke the mind with thoughts.
Second place is quitea well deserving silver, with beautifully formed phrasing and imagery
Third place won bronze, and comes from quite an imagination, enough to shake the nerves a little
the honorable mentions are in no particular order, although Blood Mountain deserves a read, for it was written based on actual events.
Again, thanks to all, I look forward to your participation in future contests..
