Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on March 8, 2008
- Rewards: Gold: 300, Silver: 200, Bronze: 100, Honorable mention: 7 people
- Final notes: So few entries and yet I was not disappointed, I have gotten many messages that spoke of it being difficult to write Native American poetry and yet that is not what this contest was about, it was in fact a contest about what you thought life was. Every entry had its beauty yet I was forced to choose among you who would win the gold. The delay in my awarding the prize can be attributed to the top three choices each of these was difficult to choose from but in the end like it or not I get to come to a decision and while I know that each of believe you deserve a gold trophy only one person can get it. So the winners have been named. I will still be submitting comments I wanted to wait till after the contest and I want to thank each of you for participating.
