UPDATE ON SUSAN!!!!!!
HER BP GOT VERY HIGH SO THEY TOOK THE BABY AROUND 7PM FEB 22nd.
CHLOE LANE WEIGHES 4lb. 12 oz AND IS 18 in. LONG.
SHE MAY HAVE TO STAY IN I.C.U. FOR AWHILE BUT BOTH ARE DOING FINE AS OF RIGHT NOW!!!
YOUR KIND THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS HAVE REALLY GONE A LONG WAY TO HELP ME DURNING THIS STRESSFUL TIME. THANKS SO MUCH. LOVE,CATHY
I’m feeling very stressed out at the moment and what I could really use are some wonderful feel good poems. You guys know what I mean…
There have been countless times I’ve sat at my PC and clicked on a poem and it’s like a magical dose of medicine. It left me feeling so light hearted and happy. I need to feel like that now. I want to smile every time I read your entry.
Any subject, any style, length, whatever. I’ll even take adult oriented pieces, (please label) just please leave me with a smile and not feeling confused about what I just read.

For those that don't know. My daughter Susan is pregnant (she already has a 3yr old boy, with type 1 Juvenile diabetes). High BP is making life rough and she has been in and out of the hospital several times now. Her due date is 3/30 but they might have to take baby Chloe Lane early.
I just got off the phone with Susan and her Dr is calling in 2 high risk pregancy specialists to see what they think. Her BP is still high but not as bad as it was.

Well we finally have news, she has
Preclamsia. its a common condition where the Blood Pressure rises, and protein is found in the urine.
There are different levels, depending on the amount found along with the BP level.
They said she has the better kind. If they can’t control it then they’ll have to deliver the baby. She may or may not get to come home by the weekend. Thank you all for your prayers. Love, Cathy

Susan's condition is finally stablized but she's in until she has the baby. Around 3 wks or so. We are having her baby shower at the hospital on Saturday.
