Write a poem inspired BY it.
(please do NOT give me a description of this image and nothing more)
I would like you to really delve into the image and then...
Write about what it makes you think, feel or remember.
Let it trigger the inspiration inside you and roll with it.
Free style and metaphoric pieces are a plus, but almost all types of poetry accepted (see the rules please)
Rules:
1) No chat lingo (use proper english)
2) No busy backgrounds or hard to read fonts.
(If I have to highlight it, I won't read it at all)
3) No profanity, there's no need.
4) No self harm, suicide or dirty pretty writes
One entry per poet.
No line limit, but if it is long keep my attention.
This contest will be anonymous.
I will not be commenting on any entries until after the contest closes, but I will be commenting on each entry honestly before judging.
I may be adding more prize winnings depending on the number of entries.
Also please remember this is an interactive site so try to interact with each other.
Though it has no bearing on the contest, it is a nice thing to do for each other and a great way to find new faves.
