This is my first contest so please be nice!
So, Valentines day is almost upon us, and so to get me into the spirit of things, I want some poems about love. They can be of any love of your choosing, they can also be about heartbreak. I'm not fussy as long as its connected in some way to love! I absolutely adore some good imagery, especially if its a bit different. I want some poems that will make me think, or show me an alternative side to love that I've never contemplated before.
Not a huge fan of rhyming poetry, so if you are going to rhyme then please make it very good. Why not try to change my mind about rhyming?
No word or line limit BUT I find it hard to concentrate through long poems, so if yours is going to be long, it needs to keep me interested!
Rules
1. No sticky caps
2. Preferably no erotica (if you have to write it, then make it slightly tasteful please)
As its my first contest, I'm only allowing 30 entries, so submit your entries as quick as possible, and please try to limit yourself to just one entry, to allow others to have a chance!
Thats about it.
Good luck in the contest!
