Hello all!
This is the second time I am hosting a contest like this, and I’m doing it because the first one was such a success. This contest is an invite only contest, and the people who are invited, are the poets who has a poem or more on my list “My Favourite Poetry By Others”. Some (**cough Dalaney cough***) is on the list quite a few times, and others only once. Also, it’s not all that’s on my favourite list. You can see the list here:

Basically, the people on that list are among my favourite poets from allpoetry, and I thought it’d be fun to, once again, put you up against each other.
I’m not giving you a specific thing to write about, though I am giving you some options. You can choose to write under the following themes:
- Hate
- Love
- Loss
- Nature
- Human behaviour
Those themes pretty much covers the basics. If you're one of those poets that’ll like something more, maybe be challenged a bit more, you can choose to be inspired by one of the following pictures:

Rules
- Please put your AP screen name in the author notes, so that I can be sure you’re invited.
- No chat speak
- No dirty pretty
- No prose
- No bashing of other poets and their work.
- You can enter twice, however one of the entries must be a new poem. If you decide to enter a prewritten poem, it cannot have won any trophies before.
- Try to comment on the other entries
- Put whatever option you chose in your author notes.
So that’s about it! I will try to comment on all entries, but I will not applaud any!

- Final notes: Hello all! This turned out to be a quite successful contest, even though 15 of the invited poets didn’t enter. Oh well, I am happy with the entries that I did get. I wasn’t disappointed by any of the poetry, and you all have a special talent. I chose the winners out of those that stuck out in my mind after reading them.

Sounded like a fun contest and I'm so sad I didn't have a chance for it... Life comes in the way sometimes, I'm afraid. *sobs in the corner*

I don't really have a good chance for writing before tomorrow, and not even sure about that either (plus there's the time difference...). But I can write you something tomorrow morning (I live in Europe so I'm hours ahead of you) if you don't mind re-opening... Don't want to drag it on though so if it's not ok, then just say so.
