February 3rd is Sanctity of Life Sunday.
I am not really interested in your personal views on abortion and the like. What I am interested in is your take on this subject. What is life and when does it begin?
You can use any form; if it is not easily recognized, please list it in your notes.
Grammar, spelling, punctuation (where applicable), and form all count.
While I do not make it a practice to DQ entries, I do reserve the right to ignore them. So please, no foul language or erotica. This is not the place for it.
IMPORTANT: place your username after the poem, NOT in the notes. This rule is for my benefit and will not affect judging. If it is ignored, then I will ignore your entry. Too many times I have skipped over a very good poem because this rule was not followed. I am not a gold member and I do check on the writer when I have a question about age or language, and I do sometimes read other work to get a feel about the writer.
I am allowing pre-writes and more than one entry at this time.
Please, if you are not careful about the grammar and such, either get someone to proofread it, or skip this. I do like to critique, but I do not like to leave negative comments without positive comments. If you would like a critique, just mention it in your notes; otherwise, I will probably not do so.
NOTE: THIS CONTEST WILL END AS SOON AS I HAVE ENOUGH ENTRIES. I HAVE ALREADY EXTENDED THE DEADLINE ONCE.

Thanks for the gold! I really enjoyed writing this piece. It's really to bad that more people didn't give this a try.

You are welcome. I thought this would be an overwhelming favourite. Guess you cannot judge how people will jump.
