Okay, this is an options contest having to do with insanity... it's my favorite topic to read about... Because I've been there. I've been labeled "insane". I've been to the psychward. I want to know other people's experiences.
Options:
1. Being locked up in a psychward. What's it like there?
2. What it's like to have a mental illness of some sort... What's it like, being plagued by it?
3. The causes... what made you go crazy in the first place?
4. Ever know someone who's mentally ill? Tell me about it.
Okay now...
Rules/things you might want to know:
1. Nothing over 40 lines, PLEASE!
2. No freeverse. I tend to favor rhyme, and I don't want to judge this unfairly, so no offense.
3. No short stories
4. Make it readable. and no TyPiNg LiKe ThIs
5. PLEASE TYPE YOUR OPTION OF CHOICE IN THE AUTHOR'S NOTES!!!!!!
7. No entering a prewrite if the poem has ALREADY WON GOLD! I think it's kinda unfair to go back and enter it in other contests...
DISCLAIMER: I judge HONESTLY. I WILL tell you if I think your poem is bad. So don't enter unless you want an HONEST opinion. And don't get mad at me if I say I don't like your poem.

i mean... i have ONE poem about insanity... but. im not sure maybe i could write something fresh and better... but what if i cant be inspired in time? o.o -

too many of my poems are about insanity, too many are insane, not that i agree with these definitions of individuality and reaction to environment as insanity.... i am not trying to win any points but i have entered a few !!!!! self pity is the only insanity. -
