THE HUMAN RACE IS ALL WE ARE

Thought it was time for another contest. The theme is the title; THE HUMAN RACE IS ALL WE ARE. Take this prompt and write me a poem, an essay, prose, any form, just make it well edited and a great read. You can enter as many times as you want, pre-writes or new, just stick to the theme.

THE RULES:

Pre-writes or new in this contest as long as it stays with the theme of the contest.

No limit on entries each author may submit.

No restrictions on form or length.

Your work MUST be titled.

Obvious Spelling and Grammar errors will be noted. Please use spellcheck as it really is your friend.

I will not hesitate to remove entries that contain:
Denigrating or insults to other belief systems
or Proselytizing

Honorable Mentions may be determined for more at time of judging and will be at my discretion for award amounts.

Contest is Over

  • Rewards: Gold: 600, Silver: 300, Bronze: 100, Honorable mention: 5 people
  • Final notes:
    The finalist were difficult to choose as was the order I put them in. I want to give all who entered my contest a standing ovation and a large thank you as there were some intelligent and heart felt writes. I was really pleased to find only one poem that needed to be dq'd. Those poems that made it to the finalist all deserved the gold, but unfortunately I had to choose only one.

    Keep on writing on as the Human Race is all we really are.
