So, got it? Copy your first poem showing and your last poem entered on AP

example, these are mine:

Turning To Tune The Night Needs - For WolfHeart
Look, sister, moon rises and someone is weeping.
We know that mourning call, late in the night.
A sorrowed sigh of willows dip their faithful palms
Into puddle of shadow
Watching evenings painted beauty
Fall into fitful light of evening.
Golden eddies of sunset are covered
By shroud of silence that drops
Across the moon.

A woman in a sudden streetlight moment
And she comforts a chorus of caution
That wishes to be cried
And holds it in this waiting game.

It is black, but we are light
And our songs rise above dark timber
Echoes through valleys
Where the small and sorrowed curl.

Listen, sister, the moon, our sister
Smiles at us in our turning to tune
Fine knobs of need in night.

The Coldest Cut

This plastic life
suspended like fine threads
one lie knotted to another
like little rosaries all connected
fingered like pearlized thoughts
in womby padded places it grew

incense being flung by golden pot
water splashed
it makes no difference
if whom you love has split tongue
and half-brained ideas
about what femininity is

I raise a fist to pop this over-stretched veil
so honesty can chafe where it hurts

jittery whoosh and push of truth
spills hot on shrunk blossoms
wrapped in tangle of mesh
yet dangling to clink in evidence

I refuse this caustic pain, this saline solution,
and you, in your suddenly chauvinistic
reaction to my withdrawal from you
not because of you, but because I needed to recover
from the slash of your ultimate comeback for everything:
“You breastless wonder!”

Yes, that is so rude of them to do... I do not understand why our accomplishments mean so little to them here... I have written 2783 poems to date on AP and so few now show since they did that. And, we used to be able to see our trophy wins by clicking ont he trophies, Ijsut found out we can not do that either.

So, yes, go back to that first one that shows...

If the last poem written is one that is currently entered in someone else's contest, is it OK to enter it?

    Puzzled,
