Hi everyone and welcome to my new contest!! I'm looking for poets with a personal word for the new year. This word covers your New Years Resolution.
Example last year my word for the year was creativity!
I remodeled my home, had many parties, wrote more poetry then ever in my life, for I am a new poet! I also made Christmas presents and beautiful jewelry!
Ok now my new word for the year is Consistency!! Please don't type your poem as I did my word, thank you. Anyway since my son died my life has been turned upside down and I need structure and more consistency in my life. So this is my word for the year.
I want a poem on your word for the year. Any kind of poetry is fine.

New Years Resolution
Just wanted to thank everyone for entering my contest. I'm already up here at 5:30 AM. I'm already working on mine. So I wish everyone good luck on their words for the New Year. I didn't have a good turn out but that's ok. I wish I could have give gold to my other finalists but I prayed and had to choose!
