Ever felt so angry you break down into tears? We've all been angry before so we all know the emotion well. Whether it's because of a person or moment, whatever.
Lately everything (especially my ex) pisses me off immensely, and I take it out on myself. Instead of you lot doing that, vent your spleen here! I'm looking for sheer anger, if this involves swearing go for it! Let the burden out!
Here are some ideas(not options)
You could write about what makes you angry
Write how angry you get
Write the emotions that come with anger
Pretend your writing a letter to someone you hate
Whatever it's up to you!
