-I don't want any poems that are happy- unless you write about how you were raped or something and how you have finally gotten past that and are happy now. Not exactly the happiest poem but a happy ending I suppose.
-Write about any abuse, it's your choice.

Wow! This was probably the most hard contest I've ever had to judge! I wanted to give 13 of you hm's but I only picked four of you! You all did a great job writing! Some of your poems were short and to the point and some were very long and personal. Thank you very much for sharing your deep, raw, emotions with me. It helped to know I wasn't so alone. I'm sorry for the people that didn't get hm's because you probably deserved one!
