All I want is for you to give me poetry that will break my heart. My boyfriend cheated on me and that made me cry, so I need poetry to see if I'm not the only one hurt, writing about cheaters, betrayers, abusing, anything you want. Please, I need to know I'm not alone.

I think almost everyone has experienced this kind of pain at least once in their lives~ it's these events that draws out our muses. And I see by the number of entries, you won't have any problem with inspiration here.

Aww you're certainly not the only one. *hugs* But i will share with you my motto, what keeps me going throughout anything bad that happens to me. I believe that everything in our lives whether it is good or bad and painful it will eventually be beneficial. It is beneficial for our poetry certainly since like Tmk said it draws out our muses.
I entered your contest because just yesterday i wrote a poem perfect for this contest!It's not my personal experience in the poem but it is the pov of a woman who is dealing with cheating and lost love. Hope you like it!
