This is a contest to release your pain to someone who can relate. I have been to and through all these options.  this contest is more for all of us to know that it going to be ok

this was in a letter my best friend wrote me and i think it might inspire a lot.  you can read the letter on my page.

option 1

mental illnesses at their worst, whether it was yours or a loved one

option 2 

breakups with someone you thought you be with forever

option 3

suicide/suicidal thoughts/friends that commited suicide 

option 4

death of someone you loved
