This is a pay it forward quickie and the winner will host the next contest.
Inspiration from the quotes.
All I want is the contest entrants to write from the point of view of either the betrayer or the betrayed.
No more than 15 lines
You have about 3hours
It will be judged tonight!
Quotes are :
The day you betrayed my trust was the day that I lost all my trust for you. I believed that you would take care of my heart and that's why I left it with you. Well, I am taking it back because at this very moment I can't trust you with my heart in fear that you will hurt me once more. Unknown
Anyone who hasn’t experienced the ecstasy of betrayal knows nothing about ecstasy at all. - Jean Genet
Frankie and Johnny were lovers, O lordy how they could love,
Swore to be true to each other, true as the stars above;
He was her man but he done her wrong. - Unknown

Thank you
The Silver trophy is so beautiful
I enjoyed your contest as it gave me the opportunity to write something a little different to what I am used to. Congratulations to the other winners, your poems were wonderful and truly deserving of trophies.

Oh My! Thank you ever so much dear Poet! I loved all the quotes but the one I used touched me to the core. I kept thinking of a "dresser drawer" (don't know why) and this is what spilled from inside my heart.
Thanks again!
Congratulations to all the Winners here!
Much Love & Respect ♥
