Give Me Subtle Blood (adult)

All right, I'm holding this contest in, er, honor for a Hungarian countess, Elizabeth Bathory. Now, for those of you who don't know who she is, do not fear, I shall explain.

Elizabeth Bathory (and that's a British version of her name, I can't type all the accents here) is considered one of Hungary's more famous serial killers. Around the year 1610, Elizabeth and four other people were accused of the brutal torture and killing of hundreds of young women (some reports say up to 600). Her belief was that, if she bathed in the blood of virgins, she would remain forever young. Now, since she was nobility, very few people would ever dream on calling her out on her suspected crimes, which is why she managed to continue her crimes for almost a decade. She spread the rumor among the peasantry that she had a finishing school for young women at her castle, and she would accept the poor girls from the towns under that guise. She was accused of many atrocities, such as starving, beating, or freezing to death the women, biting, maiming and burning them, always resulting in death.

*if any of these details are askew, please let me know.

Now, as you can see, she could be a very inspiring creature for artistic mediums. However, I am a harsh critic. If you have problems with hearing a persons honest opinion about your poem (complete with complaints) then DO NOT ENTER. I don't expect you to re-write the poem, but just take the critique. You don't have to ever use it, just accept that that's my opinion of the poem.

RULES:
1) No chat speak. so help you God if you put chat speak.
2) If you rhyme, make it profound. I'm especially hard on rhymers, since I tend to be unimpressed in that area. So if you're unsure about it, don't do it. Prose is fine, as is free verse. In fact, any sort of form is fine, but if you don't do it right, I can be mean...
3) Dirty pretty is ok, but make it have something to do with the poem. Don't just put random shit in for the sake of random shit.

POINTS: Gold = 500
  Silver = 350
Bronze = 100
2 Honorable Mentions = 30/ea

Now, erm... yeah. Have fun. Impress me. Stretch yourself on this. If I don't think that the poems are worthy of the points, then I reserve the right to close the contest. But I'm sure you won't disappoint, riiiiight??

    ...Creepy. I heard about her for the first time like three days ago. She's definately spooky. And I'm still trying to figure out how one decides that bathing in the blood of virgins will keep one young.

    Great idea. Good luck! ^^

    I must admit, I learned about her a bit ago. People of the nobel houses found out about her heidous crimes, and threathened, was ready to prosecute. Back then, almost no matter the crime, if the ultimatium reason for committing it was justifiable, then it was dropped. In effort to save herself, she went under the guise that the women she killed were either very sick and she was trying to save their soul. As a result the charges were essentially dropped, and she supposely died from a blood disease or some skin-eating what not.

    Well, I'm working on my entry now, hope you like it.
