- Final notes: This is one of those contests that has you going as a judge. We were so impressed with the level that you all brought to the table and the hardest part was with our top ten list having to start the picking apart process to get us to a top five. We couldn't go fewer than five. But you should know that the next five and the five after that are all a hair width away from these top five.

this was one of my favorite contests to read mary, all of these were so interesting, your colour contests are classic and turn out some of the very best poets and poems on the site. i was out with family yesterday and came back to your lovely comments this morning..thank you and al both, it is always a pleasure to be a part of your colours
