Haha, I feel sad for you guys...
But c'mon, it can't be that bad now, can it?
Well, this time it's special.
And this time, we've also got

Yes, she will be helping me judge! Splendid, no?
Well now, I will be giving you some very beautiful options [don't you dare tell me they aren't beautiful]
But this is what I want:
- Heartbreak - nothing cliché
- Leaving but still loving
- Leaving but completely hating
- Regrets/mistakes
- Goodbye to your love [explain what you feel]
- Anything that is dark/sad/morbid
Basically, I want emotion. NO he-broke-my-heart-shall-I-die poems. If you do, I might as well tell you to go die.

You see, personally, I've closed a chapter of my life. No I do not regret it. And I refuse to leave it all behind.

Now the very very very well liked rules. You'll love them, we know.
- For the sake of my sanity, please do not give me a love poem. It has to relate with saying goodbye - and unless your poem is wickedly evil and so goddamn happy about leaving - you're not to give me a happy love poem. Understand?
- You have to let me know what you chose. I know my options - but they aren't obvious. If you fail to let me know. I will remind you once, and only once. not ninety-ten times. I am not an arsehead.
- You may rhyme or so free verse, or whatever you want. Just make it good. Don't want to? NO problem at all. You just won't win.
- I should add this too - "Incomprehensibility does not equal depth of thought"
- Bash any poet as much as your little brain wills. I'll be more than content to report you to the mods.

I don't know what catches my attention until it does - Never Fall in Love
Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on December 14, 2007
- Rewards: Gold: 300, Silver: 200, Bronze: 100, Honorable mention: 5 people
- Final notes: First of all, I'm sorry about how long this contest has been running. It's been increased in date and deleayed in judging as well - so thank you everybody for having the patience.
The finalists right there, within those I could give some extra top three trophies and that was the hardest part to judge. We chose our winners on a voting system and both of us had some different views - so it was the fairest way out.
I'm also surprised at the comments that have been returned. Maybe I managed to keep the whiners away this time as everyone accepted whatever criticism was given and that itself is something to be proud of.
Congratulations to everybody and thank you so much for entering!
