Basically, write a satirical poem using the poetry form of a haiku.
Satirical may be anything insulting, or vulgar or... just plain nasty.
Haiku, however, should be beautifully written, should use imagery, and should follow the 5-7-5 format.
This shall be a feat: create a satirical haiku. A piece that shows malice and hate and insult, but also some sort of divine essence.

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on November 1, 2007
- Rewards: Gold: 300, Silver: 100, Bronze: 50
- Final notes: First of all, I just wanna thank all of you for joining this contest! I saw lots of talent for the humorous, the beautiful, and the nasty. *applause*
However, as this is a contest for satirical haiku, I of course chose those that fit both criteria (vulgar, yet containing beautiful words/imagery) the best.
Congratulations winners!
P.S. I had some difficulty figuring out who would place fourth--I was caught between 2 haikus: one that would place fourth, and one that would not place at all.
Have a good day everyone. <3
- To judge this contest, you need to have at least as many finalists as you have rewards. You have 3 awards but only 1 finalist.
