Option#1 Write a poem about the joy's of breastfeeding, what you feel as your doing it, what somebody else feels seeing you do it(like a Dad's Perspective), or such thing's
Option#2 Write a poem about how it feels to be pregnant, the anticipation of the birth, or how someone else feels about a pregnant women.
Option#3 Write about how you feel about seeing your child for the first time after it has been born.
Option#4 (Humor allowed) Write anything about a baby, silly stuff like it sleeping, or playing, changing a diaper
