~ Apply poetic devices and all forms of creative writing
~ Imagery and understated emotion are important
~ Adjectives: Apply them wisely & sparingly
~ I prefer free verse & metaphorical writing
~ If you choose end-line rhyme – do it well
~ Go for simplicity – make each word count
~ Left align & simple backgrounds
~ No erotica – sensual is fine
~ 20 lines or less
