♥ Welcome to the next round, where nine talented poets are still competing.
Gaylene (AliceinPoetryLand)
Scott (Griswold)
Kavi (i-Kavi-i)
Candy (Karamel Kandy)
Katie (kkatie55)
Esha (neon twilight)
Liz (peliroja)
Holly (PhantomsEcho)
Stefanie (x Empathic Rose x)
I've picked a few pictures I'd like you to use as inspiration. You only need to use one as inspiration, and I'd love you to make it as deep and metaphorical as you can.
You have eleven lines. Number of words is up to you. Remember, sometimes more is less.
Please have it done & submitted by Tuesday 4pm my time.
Take a look here to work out what time that is for you: http://allpoetry.com/board/topic/268548458
If you think it'll be easier to understand, use your author notes & let me know which photo you picked.

Amazing prompts
-
Awesome prompts! And congrats to californiagirl!!
-
Ok, I'm a bit confused here, I scored a 93 and got eliminated when there were two poems that scored a 92 and one that scored a 91? That doesnt make a lick of sense to me. *shrug*
-
Web of Lies = 93
Slips away = 92
Casting Climbs = 92
Tender Tree = 91
How is it I get eliminated? This is very odd.

Yes, I'm sorry if that's a little confusing. It's based on overall scores, including previous rounds. All in all, you scored a few points less than the others.
Does that make sense? -
-
Ah, whatever

Thanxx for the bronze... congrats to Kavi and Liz too... and congrats to Scott for placing ninth in the awesome quickie cult!!!
