What I would like you to do is quite simple...

I love to watch the magic of a good thunderstorm, even though I nearly jump out of my skin in the process, so...

Tell me about storms - describe one you've been in, tell me how they affect you, anything.

Be creative.

There are no line limits but please, no works of epic length.

You are welcome to use my picture OR choose one of your own OR let your words tell the story.

The usual rules will apply:-

No chatspeak or sticky caps

Be nice to each other

Nothing too dark and gloomy

Please mark content as appropriate

HMs will be added if the number of entries warrants them. Reservations are fine as long as you finish your entry on time.

Gold will need to PIF using 300 of the points awarded.

Get writing and show me something that will move me.

Please note:- despite what it says in categories this is NOT a quickie!!! It just won't edit out

Thank you to everyone who took the time to enter my contest. I was interested by the different ways that you see storms and have to admit that all of you said something that sparked a memory or made me feel the strength and majesty of a good storm. I can also say that I felt the passion so many of you showed within your words. I was too slow to add HMs so I will be sending 30 points to those who would have received them as my apology to you.
